Shipping and returns
If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible - no later than 48 hours after you have received it - so that we can help you with full compensation.

Shipping:
Delivery takes under normal circumstances between 5 and 16 days.
In addition to the delivery methods below, you can choose other shipping options at checkout, if you e.g. need to get your package delivered faster.
Free delivery
Applies to orders above € 54
Standard delivery € 5,5
Applies to orders below € 54 weighing less than 6 kg.
Standard delivery € 7
Applies to orders below € 54 weighing more than 6 kg.
Prices may vary slightly due to changes in exchange rates but you will always be shown the actual price before checkout.
Returns:
If you need to exchange or return goods, we are ready to help.
You can make use of the right of return within 30 days of receiving your package, as long as the goods are unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping is at your own expense.
How to do it:
Let us know, via the chat, and remember to describe the reason why you want to return (you can find the chat in the lower right corner of our website).
As soon as we have received your inquiry, simply wait for our answer and we will help you with further instructions.
Once we have received the unused returned item(s) in original packaging, we will initiate the refund. In some cases, it can take up to 10 working days before the money is visible in your bank account.
If you wish to exchange to another item, this can be done by placing a new order.
We ask for your understanding of possible staff holidays, which in rare cases may delay the return process. We will of course make sure to inform you of such as soon as possible.
The right of return cannot be exercised by simply refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up at the post office.

All packages leave our, or our partners', warehouses intact and with the packaging in perfect condition.
Of course, this does not mean that some packages do not suffer damage during delivery -
If you have received a package with damaged contents, we need pictures of the following:
1. The external packaging (including eventual bubble wrap and other protection).
2. The opened box/package, so that you can see the internal protections (like bubble wrap, cardboard, etc.).
3. The carrier's label, which is on the outer package.
4. The damaged product.
This is necessary in terms of compensation.
